Call us immediately at 714-981-5599. While waiting: check the circuit breaker (the most common cause of apparent total failure), verify the thermostat has power, and minimize door openings. If the cellar exceeds 68°F, start protecting your most valuable bottles.
Our assessment covers all electrical components, mechanical systems, the refrigeration circuit, and controls. You receive a complete written report documenting the condition of every component and a clear explanation of all available options.
If your unit is over 12 years old, multiple major components show end-of-life indicators, or parts are no longer available, we'll clearly document those findings and help you understand all options. We provide honest assessments — we only recommend what genuinely serves your interests.
